Fractional People Ops gives you strategic HR leadership on a flexible, part-time basis. Instead of hiring a full-time People leader, you get experienced, executive-level support that builds your People infrastructure, solves complex challenges, and helps you scale without the full-time salary.

People Ops infrastructure, HRIS/ATS setup, compliance, policies, performance systems, culture and engagement, employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding/offboarding, manager coaching, and founder-level strategic partnership.

Both. You can book a specific project (implementation, audit, investigation, policy build, compensation review, etc.) or engage me as your ongoing People partner for strategic support each month.

Most engagements begin within 1–2 weeks of signing a contract. Urgent or time-sensitive matters can accommodated sooner.

This depends on your package and scope. Most clients have weekly or biweekly touchpoints, with ongoing Slack/email support as needed. You’ll always have a direct line to me for anything important.
