Meet Asha
Founder & Chief People Consultant
Asha is a People and Culture executive, executive coach, speaker, and the founder of People & Culture Lab—a boutique, people-centered consulting, coaching, and facilitation practice built on the belief that work should feel like a place where people can breathe, grow, and belong. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review's Advancing Black Leaders project, and she brings more than a decade of experience across People Strategy, DEI, leadership development, and executive coaching, supporting professionals and organizations through growth, transformation, and complex cultural challenges.
Her work blends systems thinking, trauma-informed leadership, and lived experience as a Black woman navigating high-growth corporate environments. Through 1:1 executive coaching, facilitation, and advisory partnerships, Asha helps professionals reclaim clarity and confidence and helps companies build equitable, scalable people systems that actually work in real life.
She has facilitated and spoken on panels and stages focused on leadership, DEI, and representation, including Women's History Month programs and the Higher Cannabis Conference for Women of Color. She shares daily career and leadership insights as @careersbyasha on Instagram and TikTok. Outside of her work, she is Z's mom, a creative spirit, a solo traveler, and a firm believer in rest, boundaries, and alignment.
